QuarterWise 1099 Tax Planner
Privacy policy
Effective 2026-10-02. This policy explains how Zovo ("we") handles data when you use QuarterWise 1099 Tax Planner in ChatGPT or another MCP client.
Data we process
When ChatGPT calls one of the plugin's tools, our server receives the arguments of that call, plus basic request details that ChatGPT adds (an anonymous user ID, the language, and an approximate location). The arguments are:
- Income and expense amounts, filing status, and optional deductions, credits, withholding, and prior-year tax you provide
- No names, Social Security numbers, bank details, or tax documents are requested or stored
We do not request your name, email address, account credentials, payment details, precise location, or your conversation history. Please do not enter sensitive personal data (for example health, financial account, or government ID numbers) into the tools.
Purpose
We use the data only to compute the result you asked for and return it to ChatGPT, and, for downloads, to generate the requested file.
Storage and retention
The service is stateless. Tool inputs and results are processed in memory and are not stored in a database, logged by us, or used to train models. Download links encode the document content inside the link itself; the file is generated on request and not kept on our servers. Anyone holding a download link can open it, so share links with care.
Recipients
We do not sell or share personal data. Requests are served by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, Inc., which processes network data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the service under its own privacy policy. ChatGPT's handling of your conversation is governed by OpenAI's privacy policy.
Analytics and tracking
No cookies, advertising, or behavioral profiling are used by the plugin, its widget, or this website. We keep aggregate usage counts: how often each tool, download, and shared link is used, whether it succeeded, and how long it took (for example "tool X: 120 calls, 3 input errors"). Each count can include a pseudonymous identifier, which is a one-way hash of the anonymous user ID that ChatGPT sends with each tool call. It lets us count distinct users, but it does not tell us who you are. A count can also include the approximate country and the language of the request. We do not store the content of your requests or results, and we do not store IP addresses. Usage counts are kept for up to 3 months. This website counts page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
Your controls
You can disconnect the plugin in ChatGPT settings at any time. Because we keep no stored copy of your inputs, there is nothing to delete; if you have a question or request, email support@zovo.one and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We will post updates on this page with a new effective date.
